Many people -especially internet marketers- are curious to know whether Facebook Ads work or it’s just another way of wasting money compared to Google Adwords, which are proven it work.
Facebook’s strategy is based on the premise that “social” is the future of online advertising. It’s the idea that recommendations from friends and companies alike are going to be more effective than traditional display advertising at driving the consumer’s behavior.

Buying brand power is a thing of the past. Consumers want real relationships, beyond viral videos and Facebook ads.

Whether Facebook is going to be able to get meaningful growth in terms of monetized revenue from its user base remains to be seen.
Unlike Google which we all know depends on advertising as its revenue engine, we have yet to see what would be Facebook’s revenue generator.
